Interacting Strategies
The most powerful tool to learning while feeling confident is the way in which new information is offered. The timing, location, tone of voice, physical stance, and intention all play a vital role in building confidence AND new skills. I learned that ‘Adult-Child Interaction Strategies’ was my missing skill as an educator and mother while in training with HighScope. I was blessed to have the HighScope 4 week training three times throughout my career. Each of those four week trainings spent MANY of the days on how powerful a role the way in which we interact with children plays in learning.
